Legal Age Requirement

High Ties Cannabis only sells cannabis products to individuals who are 19 years of age or older in accordance with Ontario law. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 19 years old.

Government-issued photo identification is required upon pickup and delivery. Orders will not be released to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

• Product potency, terpene profiles, and appearance may vary by lot.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer regarding available options.

Payment

We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled.

Compliance with Ontario Cannabis Laws

All cannabis sales are governed by the regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS), and all applicable federal and provincial legislation.

Customers agree not to resell cannabis products unlawfully.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information
• Providing a correct delivery address
• Ensuring someone 19 years or older is available to receive delivery
• Presenting valid government-issued photo ID upon request

Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

High Ties Cannabis shall not be liable for delays, inventory shortages, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
