Refund & Return Policy

Due to Ontario cannabis regulations, all cannabis sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are generally not permitted.

However, High Ties Cannabis will review issues involving:

• Incorrect products received
• Missing items
• Defective products
• Manufacturer defects
• Products damaged prior to pickup or delivery

Reporting an Issue

Customers should contact the Blackburn store as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos (when applicable)
• Description of the issue

Additional information may be requested to assess the claim.

Refund Eligibility

Where appropriate, High Ties Cannabis may offer:

• Replacement product (where permitted)
• Store credit
• Refund

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of High Ties Cannabis and subject to applicable Ontario cannabis regulations.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Product preference
• Products consumed after purchase
• Incorrect selections made by the customer
