Refund & Return Policy – Plantagenet
Due to Ontario cannabis regulations, all cannabis sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are generally not permitted.
However, High Ties Cannabis will review issues involving:
- Incorrect products received
- Missing items
- Defective products
- Manufacturer defects
- Products damaged prior to pickup or delivery
Reporting an Issue
Customers should contact the store as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos (when applicable)
- Description of the issue
Additional information may be requested to assess the claim.
Refund Eligibility
Where appropriate, High Ties Cannabis may offer:
- Replacement product (where permitted)
- Refund
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of High Ties Cannabis and subject to applicable Ontario cannabis regulations.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Product preference
- Products consumed after purchase
- Incorrect selections made by the customer
