Delivery Area

Delivery is available throughout Ottawa and surrounding service areas.

Delivery availability may vary depending on staffing, weather conditions, and delivery volume.

Delivery Hours

Delivery is available:

Monday through Sunday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Delivery hours may change during holidays or severe weather.

Delivery Fees

• Orders of $80 or more qualify for free delivery.
• Orders over $30 but under $80 are subject to a $9.99 delivery fee.
• Orders below the minimum delivery amount are not eligible for delivery.

Delivery Eligibility

Delivery is available only to customers who are 19 years of age or older.

The individual accepting the delivery must:

• Be at least 19 years old
• Present valid government-issued photo identification
• Match the order information when required

High Ties Cannabis reserves the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.

Delivery Address Requirements

Deliveries are made only to residential or other legally permitted addresses within our delivery area.

We do not deliver outside our designated service area.

Receiving Your Delivery

The customer who placed the order should be available to receive it.

If another adult is authorized to receive the order, they must also:

• Be at least 19 years old
• Present valid government-issued photo identification

Failed Deliveries

If no eligible recipient is available:

• The delivery will not be completed.
• The order may be returned to the Blackburn store.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are typically ready within 15 minutes of being placed.

Orders will be held until the end of the business day unless other arrangements have been made.

Additional Services

At the Blackburn location, we are pleased to offer:

• Free delivery on qualifying orders.
• Price Match Guarantee on qualifying local competitors within 10 km (subject to our Price Match Policy).
• Complimentary rolling service for flower purchases (up to 3.5 g) by one of our trained budtenders.

These services are offered at the discretion of High Ties Cannabis and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
