Delivery Policy – Plantagenet

Delivery Area

Delivery is available within Plantagenet and surrounding service areas.

Availability may vary based on delivery distance and staffing.

Delivery Hours

• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Monday – Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Delivery hours may change during holidays or severe weather.

Delivery Fees

• Orders over $80 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders over $30 but under $80 are subject to a $9.99 delivery fee.
• Orders below the minimum delivery amount are not eligible for delivery.

Age Verification

The individual accepting delivery must:

• Be at least 19 years of age
• Present valid government-issued photo identification

Failure to provide valid identification will result in the order not being delivered.

Residential Deliveries

Deliveries are made only to residential or other legally permitted addresses within our delivery area.

High Ties Cannabis reserves the right to decline deliveries where safety or legal concerns exist.

Recipient Requirements

The person who placed the order should be available to receive it.

If another adult is permitted to receive the delivery, they must also meet Ontario age verification requirements and present valid government-issued identification.

Failed Deliveries

If no eligible recipient is available:

• Delivery may be cancelled.
• The order may be returned to the store.
• Additional delivery fees may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are typically ready within 15 minutes.

Orders will be held until the end of the business day unless otherwise arranged.
